The deliveries
The different delivery options offered:
When placing your order, you have several choices:
- Home delivery
- Delivery to Point Relais
- Delivery on site "Click & Collect"
- Local delivery in Dpt 46 (Lot) within a radius of 20 km around Cahors (6 €)
The rates for delivery services depend on your choice of carrier and the amount of your order.
Deliveries will be made only in Metropolitan France (no sending of parcels internationally).
The different transports:
Home delivery in 24-48 hours (indicative timeframe not guaranteed)
If you are absent during the delivery, your package will be dropped off at a relay point in the Mondial Relay network.
- Up to 2 kg: € 4.99
- From 2.5 kg to 5 kg: 5.90 €
- From 7.5 kg to 12 kg: € 6.99
- From 12 kg to 15 kg: 8.50 €
- From 15 kg to 25 kg: € 10.90
- From 30 kg: 12.50 €

Free and fast delivery, which can be received 2 hours after your purchase, from Monday to Friday.

from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Local delivery in Dpt 46 (Lot):
Deliveries are available within a radius of 20 km around Cahors at a cost of € 6.
For a delivery, you will have to go through our site www.gamelle-o-poil.com to make the payment.
We will contact you to define the delivery times.
Tours are organized every Thursday in the Gourdon sector (46).

On-site collection is an easy and free solution to collect your order.
This withdrawal method is selected when you place your order.
The pick-up location is available at:

Opening hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- When your order is ready (made available at the collection point), we will inform you by e-mail .
- Except in exceptional cases, your order will be made available within 2 hours .
- You must pick up your package with your invoice to choose from when ordering.
- We keep your order at the point of collection until its recovery, any responsibility for exceeding the expiration date of your items. The date of your order proving the validity of the products during the preparation of your order.
