SHIPPING POLICY
The amount of delivery costs is the responsibility of the customer. It is invoiced in addition to the selling price of the products. It is defined according to the place of delivery and the amount of your order.
The information given by the customer when ordering commits the latter in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details. "Gamelle O 'Poil" cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which the delivery services find themselves to deliver the product.
Delivery is made by GLS.
The packing slips validated by GLS are proof of the dispatch.
You can follow the progress of your shipment on the GLS site by indicating on this site the parcel number which is sent to you in your dispatch confirmation letter.
Always check your package on arrival. If, at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn or opened, you must then check the condition of the item ordered and contact us by email at the following address if you notice an anomaly: gamelleopoil@outlook.fr.
The following are foreseen as force majeure releasing "Gamelle O 'Poil" from its obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, accidents.
We always offer different delivery methods, you are solely responsible for the delivery method chosen.
When the customer chooses to come and collect his order on site, it must be established in order to be validated.

We do not accept any responsibility for exceeding the expiration date of the articles. The order date proving the validity of the products during the preparation of the order.
RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURES
In accordance with article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 clear days from the delivery of your order to return the product ordered in order to be reimbursed for the product without penalty ( with the exception of the return costs which are your responsibility). This period of 14 clear days begins from the day of delivery of the goods ordered.

The shipping costs of returned goods remain your responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part in the packaging of your package, and the return package must have a tracking number.
We undertake to reimburse you for the item (s) provided that it is returned intact in its original packaging, without any trace of use and accompanied by the delivery slip delivered with your order or its purchase invoice from origin to be printed (you will find it in your orders on "My account").
Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be retaliated.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, "Gamelle O 'Poil" is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge. Please allow a maximum of 14 working days to receive the refund. The refund made by bank transfer in the name of the customer who placed the order.
