ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The present general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the limited liability company "Gamelle O 'Poil" and of its customers.

All orders placed on the "Gamelle O 'Poil" site are intended for the personal use of customers. Customers or recipients of the products are prohibited from any partial or total resale of the products.
"Gamelle O 'Poil" reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment for a previous order.
The company "Gamelle O 'Poil" presents on its website gamelle-o-poil.com the essential characteristics of the products offered for distance selling, as well as the information necessary for the smooth running of transactions. The fact that a customer completes an electronic order form and confirms his order implies full and complete acceptance of these general conditions, applied, added to the order form, constituting the sales contract. These general conditions are binding on the customer and exclude any added special clauses, except with the express agreement of the company "Gamelle O 'Poil".

PAYMENT METHODS
The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Gamelle O 'Poil. They are indicated in Euro and include all taxes (including all taxes).
Shipping costs are fixed at a flat rate according to the applicable price list.
By credit card
Payment is made by credit card bearing the initials CB. The accepted bank cards are: Visa, Electron, Eurocard, Mastercard.
The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order. The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the bank payment centers concerned have given their agreement. If the centers refuse, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by email. In addition, Gamelle O 'Poil reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
Your payment is executed in a secure environment. Your bank details are known only to our server. Under no circumstances do we have access to your credit card numbers as long as you are transferred to the bank's secure site during the payment phase.
